Make it Joyful
Coaching for Joy, Confidence & Self-Connection
I’ve been where you are—navigating spaces that weren’t built with me in mind, questioning whether I belonged, and feeling the pressure to prove myself. That’s what led me to psychology—first earning a Master’s researching Imposter Phenomenon, and now working on a PhD exploring entrepreneurial communities and how we find belonging.
My joyful, feminist-inspired coaching is built on the belief that you are not broken. Women are so often told they have a syndrome, when in reality, imposter experiences arise from a lack of psychological safety—not a personal flaw. The real issue isn’t you, it’s the spaces and expectations that make you doubt yourself.
That’s why my coaching isn’t about fixing you—it’s about lifting you up, celebrating you, and helping you reconnect with the confidence that’s already there. I meet you exactly where you are, helping you trust yourself, and move forward with joy.
A Coach With Real-World Experience
I live in the Midlands, in the heart of the National Forest, but my career has taken me through consultancy, psychology, and coaching. Before becoming a coach, I spent over a decade in management consultancy, leading projects across charities, councils, police forces, the NHS, and more. I’ve worked on everything from maternal mental health services to public sector strategy—and even developed an algorithm for train-track lubrication (yes, really!).
This cross-industry experience taught me how people navigate complex systems, make decisions, and adapt to change—insights that now shape my coaching approach. Whether in boardrooms or research, one truth has always stood out: confidence, self-trust, and connection are at the heart of meaningful success. That’s exactly what my coaching helps you cultivate.
